The Pros of my stay at this hotel are numerous, but one feature that really stood out was the breathtaking and serene surroundings. The gardens were like a hidden oasis, filled with tall acacia trees that made me feel like I was in the heart of a beautiful forest. It was a truly remarkable experience to drive through the well-paved roads and be surrounded by such natural beauty.

I always come back to my favorite place in Naivasha. It has everything I need – free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, lovely staff, outdoor pool, game room. Even found my lost barrette at my first stay. Perfect for my city break. No regrets!

Our favorite hotel in Naivasha, staff was polite! Free parking and excellent breakfast. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. On-site restaurant Coffee Lounge was a bonus, had dinner there. We booked an executive twin room and liked it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view. The location was convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the venue of the conference I attended. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which saved me some money.

The staff at the front desk was not very helpful when I needed assistance with my room key, and seemed quite unfriendly in general. the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and unreliable, which was frustrating as I needed to work online during my stay.
